October & November viewing trip offer
Terms and Conditions (not applicable to walk in clients or clients just with a viewing appointment)

General:

The offer is available throughout October and November 2009 based on up to two people viewing properties with Calabria Property Consultants and no other agent.

€70 price Free based on 2 sharing a hotel room (twin or double)for up to four nights, extra supplements apply for extra hotel rooms or transfer seats. Everything is subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to offer the viewing trip for any reason.

Airport Transfers:

Calabria Property Consultants will collect and return up to two people from either Naples or Lamezia airport. If for any reason there is a failure to board your outbound flight you must inform Calabria Property Consultants at the earliest opportunity.

Viewing with non-affiliated agents:

On our viewing trip offer you can only visit authorised agents of Calabria Property Consultants, if a non-authorised agent is visited then the viewing trip offer becomes null and void and you will be required to pay for the full price of the hotel and transfers, otherwise the services will be cancelled and you will have to make your own arrangements for accommodation and transfers.

Viewing properties:

During viewing times you will be required to view property with us. Viewing times are:

10.00 - 13.00 then 15.30 - 17.00

Failure to be present for the viewings between the above times without a good reason (judged at our discretion on a common sense basis) will result in the accommodation and transfers being cancelled and the viewing trip will no longer be valid.

Cancellations policy:

Cancellations will be refunded in full up to 14 days prior to your arrival date in Calabria with us. If the refund has any costs attached (i.e. to send a bank transfer and change back to Pounds Sterling) this will be taken and we will not cover refund charges. Cancellations less than 14 days before your arrival date or failure to arrive in Calabria with us will not be refunded.

Flights:

Flights are not included in the offer and you are required to book and pay for your own flights. As our service is subject to availability please do not book flights until you have received confirmation from us that your booking is available.

Refunds

Proof of flight purchase must be produced. The cost of up to 2 flights (up to £150 per person) will be deducted from the deposit to be paid on agreement to purchase a property.

Special Offers:

We periodically announce special offers to our clients, any flight offers are limited to £300 per couple, terms and conditions apply. Free flights, free viewing trips and free accomodation are strictly subject to limited availability.
