Calabria Property Consultants are official estate agents in Italy, registered with the chamber of commerce of Cosenza as an Italian limited company - Member of FIAIP - The Italian body of good practice for estate agents €1.5 Million liability insurance for negligence or professional errors. Because we are fully registered in Italy we are bound to much stricter regulation than a company outside of Italy who are not officially authorised to sell property in Italy. We are fully accountable for our work giving you maximum protection and confidence. Any properties displayed on the Calabria Property Consultants website are for indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct and do not guarantee the quality of a property. Any representations made about a property either on our website or in writing or in person are made in good faith but cannot be a guarantee on that property.

TRANSFERS:

We use a third party to carry out our transfers, and always do our best to make sure the transfer arrives on time, however we cannot guarantee that any transfer will be given on time and we will not be responsible if a flight is missed due to the transfer being late.

RENTAL AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

We are a facilitator only and put renters in touch will owners wishing to rent their property, therefore we cannot guarantee the quality of a rental property and cannot be held responsible for breakages or damage or injury. Owners wishing to rent the property are made to sign a contract stating that they may be liable for income tax and need liability insurance on the property for this purpose.
